Consultation & Samples

We visit, listen and measure. You receive physical sample panels in your shortlisted colours and sheens - made in-studio, viewed in your own light - plus a fixed, itemised proposal. For architects, this stage includes system recommendations against your drawings and clause-level specification support.

Surface Preparation

The stage that decides everything. Substrates are assessed, corrected, reinforced and primed to tolerance; wet areas are sealed and pressure-tested before a single finish coat goes on. We would rather spend an extra day here than compromise the decade that follows.

Artisan Application

Coat over coat, by hand. Our applicators build depth, movement and compression into the surface - the trowel work that separates a TVPC wall from a painted one. Application is sequenced with your other trades so wet edges, curing windows and protection are never left to chance.

Protective Sealing & Handover

Waxes and sealers matched to how the space is used, a full clean-down and a documented handover with a care schedule. Then we leave you to enjoy it - and we're one call away if the surface ever needs us.
